Sales Associate

Overview:

• Must have Convenient Store or Gas Station Experience
• Morning Shift Available for Monday-Friday between 12 PM to 10 PM

Responsibilities:

Our Sales Associates create a warm and friendly shopping experience in our stores. We answer questions, offer suggestions and ensure our customers know they are welcomed and cared for. We entertain customers and make grocery shopping an exciting adventure. Some responsibilities may include:

- Working on teams to accomplish goals
- Operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner
- Bagging groceries with care
- Stocking shelves
- Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
- Drive sales through effective communication with customers
- Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in your franchisee’s store
- Perform all regular cleaning activities, and other tasks included in your job assignments
- Forecast, order and stock merchandise (with appropriate training)
- Check in merchandise deliveries from vendors

You'll learn a lot. You're not stuck doing one task here. Each Associates contributes to creating a great customer experience by participating in all aspects of the job. Physical Requirements:

While physical requirements for store employees may change depending on your franchisee, the position typically requires constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs, and occasional lifting of up to 40 -50 lbs.
